The Challenge
The key challenge was to revitalize the event’s identity with a look that felt fresh and modern, yet still clearly positioned the marathon as part of the charity’s established annual program. The rebrand also needed to work across a wide variety of channels and appeal to both existing supporters and new audiences.
The Solution
The new brand identity was built around a bold, iconic running shoe graphic—a universally recognizable symbol that reinforced the event’s purpose and made for easy recall. This was paired with vibrant, high-contrast colours to stand out across both physical and digital collateral. The full campaign suite included a refreshed website interface, integrated fundraising platforms, social media content, partner toolkits, advertising assets, event signage and wayfinding, and a line of branded merchandise designed to support fundraising and boost visibility.
The Result
The updated brand and multi-channel rollout led to increased sponsor interest and a notable uptick in participant engagement, helping solidify the event’s place as a flagship campaign in the charity’s annual calendar.
